A big opportunity for online marketers in UK - thanks to ADSDAQ
ContextWeb’s ADSDAQ Exchange has entered the UK market, thus providing online marketers in the country a good opportunity of expanding their advertising networks.
ADSDAQ has a reach of around 93 million unique users each month, and already has over 5,000 publishers in the network, in the US. The UK destination points will let ads from the worldwide advertising community. The advertisers will be able to target a UK-centric consumer.
“The ad exchange concept offers true advantages to advertisers & publishers in the UK,” said country manager for ADSDAQ in the UK, Ross Caveille. He added: “The same things, which attract American advertisers to ADSDAQ by ContextWeb - control of their ad placement on a page-by-page basis, showing ads exactly where they wish, at the price they want to pay, & publishers, who can receive the CPM prices they want by directing premium inventory into the ADSDAQ exchange - are highly attractive to their counterparts in the UK.”
After launching in the UK, ContextWeb wants to open ADSDAQ exchanges throughout Europe. Advertising exchanges have gained significant ground at a fast rate in the US since marketers have realised the ease of buying across a network over buying ad space from individual web sites. Ad exchanges also provide tracking and reports. Accordingly, marketers can make immediate changes to react to trends in the marketplace.
