coComment creates Google Desktop Widget
With user-generated data gathering prominence, user comments have taken a front seat. Many companies are developing comment creators trying to ensure a greater control over the entire process. In a bid to follow the same coComment, a comment-tracking service, is upgrading its website to offer better solutions.
The best part is managing comments could be a hassle; here is where automation for the entire process really helps. coComment has assigned multiple moderators giving websites the ability to manage their comments better. coComment lets users search unwanted words and phrases in turn saving on the effort to browse through varied comments.
One of coComment’s latest upgrades is the new widget designed for Google. The Google Desktop widget displays the latest active conversations of users with a comments pop-up. The best part is that the user’s last comment on any given website pops-up on the widget. This gives the user an added interactivity.
Other upgrades include RSS feeds, e-mail notification of conversations, auto crawl of new posts and comments for Technorati. This gives coComment users the advantage of tracking their own activity as well as other content of their interest.
