Getupdated Internet marketing Ltd are about to become one of the world largest full range internet marketing companies.

A letter of intent has been signed to acquire one of England´s leading Search Engine Optimisation companies, Just Search Ltd. The price will be £8.8 million and a earn out based on the profit for 2008 and 2009.

The Swedish CEO Mattias Kaneteg are happy with the acquisition. “With the acquisition of Just Search we become one of the largest players within search engine optimisation in the world”, he says.
