Google Webmaster Tools Launches Content Analysis Feature
Google Webmaster Tools has always been a useful feature for all website owners. Its job is to inform all internet marketers and search engine optimisers how the Google bot is relating with their website. It provides detailed updates on popular keywords, links that are broken and other information that any webmaster would require to be successful.
And now Google Webmaster Tool has added a new feature to it called Content Analysis. This feature highlights probable problems in the site like short titles, overlong page titles, duplicate meta descriptions and titles, page contains only image and similar others.
The new Content Analysis feature helps webmasters enhance the quality of their site. This feature provides feedback on issues that may hinder the user experience or make it difficult for Google to crawl and index pages on the website. Troubled areas will be highlighted and once the user reviews the area, he will be in a position to avoid issues that affects the ability of his or her site. As a result, the site will be indexed better by Google and other search engines. The summary page of Content analysis is found within the section called Diagnostics in Webmaster Tools. It basically features three basic categories - Meta description issues, Title tag issues, Non-indexable content issues.
