MobiVentures set to acquire Purepromoter
With many mergers happening in the market, mobile applications and content specialist MobiVentures Inc. has now joined the bandwagon. The firm has decided to buy Purepromoter Ltd., a provider of email & messaging services to clients across almost 40 countries. The deal is likely to be executed by the end of this month.
MobiVentures has recently acquired mobile services firm, Move2Mobile and now its Purepromoter’s turn! The CEO of MobiVentures, Nigel Nicholas, stated MobiVentures wanted to acquire Pure for the significant cross-selling opportunities it would provide.
MobiVentures believes that Purepromoter’s product suite will be an extremely valuable and compelling value addition for their clients. Purepromoter is a six year old firm offering email, MMS and SMS messaging campaigns to clients such as Emap, Financial Times, Littlewoods, Economist Conferences, Innocent drinks, etc.
Additionally, it also works with firms like Barclaycard, Halifax, Pepsi, Levi’s Europe, O2, Red Bull and Starbucks. Its email and SMS marketing solutions incorporate tools for measuring results, which serves as a valuable programme component for clients who need to assess the effectiveness of their respective marketing campaigns.
