Swedish Internet consulting company Cross integrates with Addmind
Eastpoint have signed an intention regarding acquisition of the swedish Internet consulting company Cross.
The company are focused on Internet based services and solutions, helping customers to reach their business goals on Internet and increase the number och visitors that take action on the website. Cross primary business model consist of four parts:
- Presence
- Profiling
- Increasing traffic
- Higher conversion rates.
The primary purpose of the acquisition is to increase our competence and capacity to deliver profiling, and to help increase the conversion grade to our customers. As a bonus, Crystone can sell presence (hosting) and GetUpdated can generate traffic on Cross customer base, says Mattias Kaneteg, founder of Eastpoint.
