Well known UK-based affiliate network Buy.at launches its US subsidiary

Buy.at, a well known UK-based affiliate network, has just announced the launch of its new US subsidiary.

Named buy at Inc., this firm has been tapped by Ticketmaster for handling their affiliate marketing initiative. Buy.at will offer a customised tool for event engine of Ticketmaster where affiliates can develop widgets comprising specified event data like a particular artist or region.

According to the president of buy at Inc., Malcolm Cowley, this is a perfect time for making affiliate marketing mainstream. He states, “We are mainly looking to push the channel aggressively in the US. We can confidently bring across the story of how to monetise the channel apart from making it compliant for leading advertisers and extracting the most out of it.”

As affiliate marketing continues to grow worldwide including leading markets, such as the UK and the US, Malcolm Cowley feels it will soon be a force to reckon with. “It’s very much conceivable that the clients could well be spending 30 to 40 per cent of their overall online budget only on affiliate marketing.

Buy.at perceives it as an effective channel or platform where major brand advertisers can get involved and know precisely through these advanced tools of technology as where their traffic is coming from.

Buy at Inc. acts as an able intermediary between publishers and advertisers. The former get paid only when a site visitor happens to engage in actions like purchase or registration.

The UK branch of the company was formed five years ago. According to its president, ability to personalise (services) holds key. “No two clients can be the same, he points out. So, it’s important to be able to provide clients what they really want and set it up for them.
